NY State Archaeologist to Speak on Archaeology in Ballston

New York State Archaeologist, Christina Rieth will give a talk entitled “Lost to History: Archaeology for the Ballston Archaeology District” on Tuesday, November 13th at 7:00 p.m. at the Ballston Town Hall, Charlton Road, Ballston, New York.  The talk will trace the history of the community through it’s archaeological remains and historical documents to describe life in the community during the 18th and 19th centuries.  The talk is free and open to the public.  For more information, contact Rick Reynolds, town historian.
